Are you a friendly and motivated leader who loves working in a fast paced environment? If so, we are looking for a multifaceted individual who can successfully multi-task the day to day responsibilities of a Call Center Supervisor. We are looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, has great computer skills, and has exemplary leadership and training skills.
- Supervising a team of 15-20 contact center employees
- Analyze survey results and provide project managment support
- Appraise and Coach team on performance and production
- Run reports on call center productivity

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
