The Campus Operations Supervisor oversees daily maintenance and operations across multiple school sites, ensuring safe, well-maintained environments that support learning.

They supervise maintenance/trades staff, coordinate preventive and corrective work on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and manage contractors. The role includes planning staffing, overseeing system inspections, grounds maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and life-safety codes.

Additional duties involve managing budgets and inventory, utilizing work-order systems to track progress, and communicating with principals and custodial teams to coordinate maintenance and event support.

The position requires 6-8 years of facilities maintenance experience, supervisory skills, knowledge of building systems, and proficiency with CMMS software. A high school diploma is minimum; preferred qualifications include degrees or certifications in facilities or related fields.

Must have strong communication skills, physical ability to perform demanding tasks, and be available for emergency response. The role reports to the Director of Facilities & Construction.
