Capability Manager/Project Manager

Role Title: Capability Manager/Project Manager
Work Location: Remote
Duration: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agile Project Management: Lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
2. Claim Management and Adjudication: Oversee claim management processes, including claim adjudication, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
3. Executive Communication: Utilize tools like Aha or Rally to produce executive-level communications and value studies.
4. Capital Planning: Develop and manage capital planning initiatives to support project and organizational goals.
5. Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to the team, leveraging your technical background to solve complex problems.
6. Healthcare Industry Expertise: Apply knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly with organizations like UnitedHealthcare, United Health Group, Optum, or OptumRx, to improve operational quality and reduce administrative burdens.
7. Claim Attachment/Medical Record Capabilities: Implement and manage claim attachment and medical record capabilities to enhance operational quality and decrease provider administrative burden.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with an Enterprise Company
• Experience with claim attachment/medical record capabilities that leverage technology to improve operational quality and reduce provider administrative burden
• Strong background in Agile methodologies
• Experience in claim management and claim adjudication
• Proficiency with Aha or Rally for executive communication and value studies
• Capital planning expertise
• Technical background
