Job Details
- Conduct and document comprehensive patient histories and physical exams.
- Diagnose and treat cardiovascular conditions, managing chronic illness as part of preventive care.
- Conduct, supervise, and interpret cardiac diagnostic tests, including stress tests.
- Order, evaluate, and interpret laboratory tests to assist in patient care.
- Formulate treatment plans, assess patient responses, and adjust care as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on cardiovascular health, prevention, and treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Skills You Need:
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in cardiovascular care as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Active Board Certification and a current, unencumbered New York State Nursing (RN) license.
