DESCRIPTION 

The Cashier is responsible for assisting customers in a friendly and timely manner at the point of sale. The Cashier reports to the Assistant Store Manager, Operations or Assistant Store Manager.

 

  • Assists customers and associates in friendly, timely and efficient manner at the register adhering to company’s customer service standards

  • Processes sales, returns, and exchanges

  • Assists at the service desk as needed

  • Process new account applications and payments

  • Clientele entries into access system

  • Send returned merchandise back to the floor in good condition with proper tickets attached

  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures

  • Performs other duties as required
