·         ASAP START DATE 3X8’S DAYSHIFT

·         Contract Length: 6 months with option to extend
Shift Details: 6a-2p on call every 3rd weekend and PM call ***20 min call back radius requirement****

Schedule:
o Monday-Friday
o Same day orientation half day and will see cases that same day unless otherwise needed

Work Details
o EMR: EPIC
o Case/Procedure Experience: Primarily general surgery, orthopedics, and OB/GYN. Epidurals preferred (on call) proficient. CRNA will be working independently.

Practice Setting:
o Hospital- Inpatient/Outpatient

Requirements: Covid Vaccination/no booster required.
Board Certification: N/A
License Required: Active WI license
Credentialing Timeframe: 4 weeks for emergency privileges. 2-3 months for providers with background.

            Flu Vaccine Required AFTER 9/30/2022
