Role: Change Management Consultant
Looking for a Change Management Consultant to join us in support of a high priority project. In this role, you will work with the Change center of excellence, an organization focused on providing Change Management and support for projects across the company, and with the project team built for this specific project. You'll report into an organization focused on Change Management, Project Management, and Communications, and the specific project role will require an ability to work across these workstreams to support the effective delivery of this solution. This role will have primary responsibility to Change Management Plan in support of this project, with example activities including stakeholder management, communications writing and delivery, training development and support, reporting, risk identification and management, and other associated activities needed for a successful deployment. The ideal candidate should have solid project and change management experience and be comfortable in a delivery role.

" Manage a comprehensive change management plan, which could include elements of stakeholder management, business readiness, communications, learning, and / or adoption

" Manage stakeholder management plans adapted to the project and organization

" Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans

" Deliver against the comprehensive change management plan, which could include readiness assessments and adoption measurement, reporting, stakeholder management, communications, and training

" Identify resistance and performance gaps, and worked to develop and implement corrective actions

" Identify, create and advise on change sustainment activities and elements that can reinforce lasting change adoption

" Assess and develop communications and learning requirements / approaches when a project requires changes in behavior / processes to support successful delivery


" 5+ years of applied organizational change, process improvement and/or operating model experience

" Prior consulting experience in either an external or internal setting, delivering projects, and navigating client-facing environments

" Ability to apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people-sided change caused by projects and change efforts

" Ability to develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of changes and the groups impacted

" Ability to identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns

" Ability to develop and deliver against an actionable and targeted Change Management Plan, including communications, sponsor plan, stakeholder management, learning, and adoption plan.

" Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

" Ability to work independently and make connections where needed

" Strong problem solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement

" Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills

" Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking

" Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership

" Required: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
