We are seeking a Chaplain to provide spiritual care to patients experiencing serious illness or grief, working as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role involves coordinating spiritual support aligned with each patient’s care plan, either directly or through community resources.
Ideal candidates possess a Master of Divinity, clinical pastoral education, ordination or commissioning, and at least one year of pastoral care experience in an interfaith setting. Strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and knowledge of hospice philosophy are required.
