Chef de Rang

Join a dynamic team on a cruise ship as a Chef De Rang in a luxurious, French-inspired restaurant.

• Provide exceptional guest service by describing menus, taking orders, and ensuring timely food delivery.
• Coordinate service, manage side work, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a flawless dining experience, upsell, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Bring at least one year of fine dining experience, preferably in a Michelin-starred restaurant, with knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Willing to work onboard, follow safety protocols, and share accommodations in a multicultural environment.
