We seek a team-oriented Chemist/Process Chemist to develop lithographic materials through organic synthesis and process development.
Position functions include conducting laboratory-scale synthesis of organic compounds and polymers, utilizing analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, MS, NMR, FTIR, TLC), documenting experiments, and preparing transfer packages. The role involves maintaining safety, compliance, and lab organization, managing material inventories, and supporting process improvements.
Qualifications include a B.S./B.A. in Chemistry, experience with standard lab techniques, analytical methods, and familiarity with IT tools. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills are essential, along with knowledge of organic chemistry and polymerization. The candidate should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
