Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 8-10 years of fundraising leadership, experience with capital campaigns, and strong relationship-building skills. Preferred candidates have a master’s degree, team management experience, and knowledge of diversity and data analysis. The role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, personnel management, and adaptability to change.
