Seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to lead a growing practice in eastern North Carolina.

Highlights include:

1. Full-time, employed position
2. Serve as chief of the Division of Gastroenterology
3. Part of a growing physician-led, not-for-profit healthcare system
4. Hospital privileges
5. Lead an active GI service, including outpatient clinic, ASC, inpatient endoscopy suite, and oversee regional gastroenterology services
6. Foster a collaborative teaching and research environment, with a proven record of clinical leadership
7. Established practice with 9 gastroenterologists and 2 Nurse Practitioners
8. State-of-the-art outpatient endoscopy center and newly renovated inpatient GI lab with 3 interventional rooms and 20 pre/post procedure bays
9. Inpatient support by GI hospitalist program
10. Participate in recruitment, quality initiatives, strategic growth, and provider development
11. Protected weekly procedure days
12. Perform general gastroenterology procedures supported by three advanced endoscopists
13. Support teaching through the Gastroenterology Fellowship program with 6 fellows and residents
14. Operate a full motility study program
15. Access a large referral network
