Responsibilities include conducting investigations, preparing engineering reports, developing detailed plans and specifications, securing bids, supervising construction, and preparing assessment rolls.
As a project manager, the role involves supervising project teams, third-party vendors, and services to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Work is reviewed through conferences and material assessments.
Salary ranges from $80,942 to $131,672 annually.
Position is full-time, located in Saint Cloud, with application deadlines from May 1 to May 22, 2026.
