Claims Supervisor

Supervises, trains, and monitors claims adjusters in the Nashville Branch Office. Manages operations, conducts performance assessments, and oversees employee development. Reviews and resolves claims, provides counsel, and maintains knowledge of adjuster's files. Assists in developing claims procedures, handles complaints, and directs legal activities. May assist in trial preparation and salvage disposal. Requires high school diploma, six years of claims adjusting experience, and completion of AIC designation. Physical requirements include occasional driving and computer use.
