The Clean Team Member ensures a positive guest experience by maintaining store cleanliness, stocking merchandise, and supporting store operations.
- Provides friendly customer service with a proactive attitude and follows management instructions.
- Keeps coolers, shelves, displays, and high-margin products clean and well-stocked.
- Performs cleaning of windows, floors, counters, restrooms, and store grounds daily.
- Reports maintenance or safety issues to management and practices safe work habits.
- Follows store policies, records hours accurately, and performs additional duties as assigned.
