Manufacturing company in East New York Brooklyn is seeking office assistant/customer service associate. This position available is full time and is best suited for someone with initiative and excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. (Cats on premises)

Position Available: Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

• Customer service
• Office administration
• Order processing
• Communicating with customers via email or phone
• Collection
• Processing customer invoices

Essential skills:

• QuickBooks-A PLUS+
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, in particular Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to do basic math
• Candidate must be able to work independently
• Spanish speaker is a plus
