The Client Service Representative position is an onsite, 12+ month contract based in Manheim, PA.
As a primary customer support contact in the contact center, the CSR must work independently, be professional, and knowledgeable about products and services. They are empowered to resolve issues that hinder customers from purchasing vehicles, requiring confidence in business processes and offerings.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior clerical or administrative experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and organizational skills, basic computer skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Additional skills include operating office equipment, repetitive data entry, and physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of vehicle laws and automotive or body shop experience.
