We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Client Relations specialist to manage temperature-sensitive and urgent healthcare shipments.
- Coordinate domestic and international, time-critical, temperature-controlled shipments
- Monitor shipment progress, resolve delays, and communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams
- Ensure accurate, compliant documentation per GDP and IATA standards
- Handle customs, pickups, and final deliveries, responding to last-minute changes professionally
- Maintain clear stakeholder communication throughout the process
Requirements:- 2+ years in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding (experience in pharma/healthcare preferred)
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs, and cold chain logistics
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office; flexible hours required
