We are seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support at our veterinary practice.
Pay ranges from $18-$22 per hour, with shift differentials available.
The CSR is the first point of contact, responsible for greeting clients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, explaining fees, processing payments, and educating clients on pet care.
Additional duties include managing medical records, assisting with hospital maintenance, and promoting products and services.
