  • Customer Service Experience
  • Effectively triage the inquiries whenever possible
  • P & C Insurance background a plus
  • Proven Customer Service experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • English/Spanish bilingual a MUST
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task
