Client Success Trainee (Remote – 1099, Performance-Based Income)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Client Success Trainee to join our growing team. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with performance-based, 100% commission income. In this entry-level position, you’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship to help you build the foundation for a long-term career in client support and relationship management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, is detail-oriented, and is eager to learn while building their own business.
Key Responsibilities
Learn how to onboard new clients and ensure a positive experience from day one
Support clients with product or service questions and help resolve concerns
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video meetings
Identify client needs and coordinate internally to deliver the right solutions
Track all client interactions and activity using company systems
Participate in ongoing training and development with the client success team
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, friendly, and eager to provide excellent service
Organized with strong time management and follow-through
Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems
Self-motivated and coachable with strong attention to detail
Customer service or office experience is helpful but not required
