MainStreet Family Care is rapidly expanding with over 50 urgent care clinics spanning Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina. As we continue to grow through new clinic developments and strategic acquisitions, we're looking to expand our team to support our exciting journey.

What You'll Do
- Dive into a variety of tasks and travel extensively.
- Report directly to the Vice President of Clinic Development.
- Liaise with various vendors including medical suppliers, office equipment providers, and landscaping services.
- Negotiate contracts efficiently.
- Expect to travel 60%-70% of the time.
- Master the process of opening new clinics, from assisting the VP with site selection to operational support post-launch.
- Ensure each clinic is fully equipped and ready for success.
- Manage construction schedules.
- Procure startup supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist the Marketing Team in all aspects related to new clinic launches.
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing current clinic operations.
- Embrace new skills with enthusiasm and agility.
- Work independently on detailed tasks during extended periods away from direct supervision.
- Prepare materials for staff training and orientation at new clinics.
- Collaborate with Operations and Contractors to resolve construction and maintenance issues at new locations.
- Adapt quickly to challenges and assume leadership and managerial responsibilities as you grow within the company.
- Handle various other clinic-related duties as assigned, reflecting our dynamic and expanding environment.

Travel Requirements
- Our clinics are spread across multiple states, and you should be prepared for frequent travel, including overnight stays.
- You'll typically travel for week-long periods every few weeks, returning to our headquarters in Downtown Birmingham, AL, when not on the road.
- Mileage and hotel expenses are reimbursed.
- As we plan to open 10-15 clinics annually, we need a dedicated road warrior to support our growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Eagerness, charisma, and willingness to travel extensively (60%-70% of the time).
- Ability to work from our Corporate Headquarters in Downtown Birmingham, AL, when not traveling.
- Capable of driving long distances and lifting approximately 40 pounds.
