Huntsville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide personal care, such as incontinence care and feeding assistance
Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
Transport residents to and from activities and appointments
Document resident care and observations accurately and timely
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
Qualifications:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Alabama
Experience in long-term care preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
