Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC milling machines to produce parts according to specifications
Make tool offsets and basic program edits as needed
Perform machine setups and change out tooling
Monitor machine performance and adjust as required
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools
Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
Maintain accurate production and inspection records
Keep the work area clean and follow all safety procedures
Communicate with supervisors regarding quality or production issues
No Education Requirement
Minimum Requirements:
Prior CNC milling machining experience required
Ability to perform setups, tool changes, and offsets
Capable of making minor program edits when needed
Experience using inspection equipment to verify part quality
More advanced than a basic operator; no programming required
CNC milling machining experience needed
Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
