CNC Machine Operator - Weekend Shift - Aerospace

We are seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 6:00am-6:30pm), working 36 hours and paid for 40, with a $4/hr shift differential.

• Operate and set up automated CNC vertical and horizontal machines, accurately interpret blueprints, and perform daily machine checks.
• Use precision tools to ensure parts meet specifications, adjust machines during operation, and perform maintenance as needed.
• Follow safety protocols, utilize PPE, and communicate effectively in English.
• Require a high school diploma or GED, with experience varying from 6 months to 3+ years depending on the level.
• Must have basic math skills, experience with measuring equipment, and the ability to interpret technical instructions.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 100 lbs, standing, walking, climbing, and fine motor skills for inspecting parts.
• Work environment involves exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and hazardous equipment, requiring PPE use.
