We are seeking a skilled CNC Machining Programmer to join our team.
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM tools, ensuring precise manufacturing of parts.
- Analyze drawings and design data to determine machining configurations.
- Select tooling, machine speeds, and feed rates; create setup and tooling sheets.
- Manage tooling lists, verify program accuracy through initial runs, and provide technical support on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Quality departments to meet production goals and improve processes.
- Qualifications include 2+ years of CAD/CAM experience, proficiency in blueprint reading, and knowledge of lathe/mill processes and controllers.
