Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, maintaining quality standards, documenting setups, and training junior operators. Must have 3-7 years of manual machining and CNC experience, proficiency in Master CAM preferred, and strong problem-solving skills. Candidates should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to read complex drawings, and work with limited supervision. Overtime and minimal travel may be required.
