- Perform machine setups, tool changes, and adjustments for accuracy.
- Monitor processes and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Conduct in-process inspections with precision measuring tools.
- Maintain machinery, perform routine maintenance, and keep work area organized.
- Follow safety, quality, and regulatory standards specific to medical manufacturing.
Qualifications include an associate degree or technical certification, 2-5 years of CNC experience, knowledge of machining processes and materials, and proficiency with CAM software. Attention to detail, problem-solving, effective communication, and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
