We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with 10+ years of machining and 5+ years of Mastercam experience to support high-precision military manufacturing.
- Program 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills, lathes, and mill-turn machines.
- Develop and troubleshoot complex toolpaths for tight-tolerance, mission-critical components.
- Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and military specifications.
- Set up, optimize, and validate programs on the shop floor.
- Select tooling and fixtures to ensure high efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams, maintain documentation.
- Support continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-mix environment.
Qualifications include 5+ years Mastercam experience, expertise in multi-axis machining, and machining high-strength alloys. Strong problem-solving, detail orientation, and safety commitment are essential. Experience in military or defense manufacturing is preferred. The role requires technical proficiency in advanced Mastercam functions, G-code editing, and tight-tolerance machining.
