What you’ll do
- Provide local, day-to-day field service: installations, startups, and preventive maintenance for CNC machine tools.
- Troubleshoot and repair across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Resolve issues on-site; offer technical insights to sales and deliver fundamentals training when needed.
- Engage customers and teammates with clear, respectful communication.
- Act as an ethical, professional ambassador of Ellison Technologies.
- Own your cases and projects; maintain meticulous customer records and technical documentation.
- Pitch in on related duties that keep customers successful.
