We are hiring CNC Mill 3-Axis Setup Technicians for day and night shifts in San Jose, CA.
Reporting to the Senior CNC Mill Programmer, the role involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC milling machines to produce precise components per drawings and quality standards.
Key duties include performing machine setups, interpreting blueprints and GD&T, conducting inspections, monitoring operations, troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.
Work environment is a machine shop with exposure to noise and fluids. Candidates must stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and have 3+ years of CNC mill setup experience, proficiency in blueprints, GD&T, tooling, and measurement tools.
