This role involves operating CNC Turning Machines to machine metal and non-metallic parts, including setup, troubleshooting, and inspection to ensure high-quality output. Key responsibilities include reading blueprints, optimizing machine efficiency, performing preventive maintenance, and communicating with team members to resolve issues.
Ideal candidates are adaptable, reliable, and eager to learn, with proficiency in measuring tools, understanding of machining practices, and experience with CNC lathe equipment preferred. The position requires physical ability, good communication skills, and a high school diploma or higher, with a preference for candidates with five years of CNC experience. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 3:00PM, reporting to our Arlington, TX location.
