Responsibilities include analyzing blueprints, creating and optimizing CNC programs with CAM software, setting up and calibrating machines, performing trial runs and adjustments, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, at least 2 years of CNC programming/setup experience, familiarity with CAM software, strong mechanical and math skills, problem-solving ability, teamwork mindset, and physical capacity to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
