Requirements include post-secondary education in engineering or related fields, proficiency in AutoCAD, strong learning aptitude, communication skills, and attention to detail. Equipment familiarity with ERP systems, CNC programming, and CAD software is preferred. Physical demands are mostly sedentary, with occasional physical activity.
