The CNC Programmer will set up, program, and operate CNC milling, turning, Laser, router, and Brake machines to produce precision components per engineering specs.
- Program, adjust, and operate CNC equipment, interpreting blueprints and CAD models.
- Develop optimized CNC programs, select tools, and perform machine setups and inspections.
- Monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to improve processes.
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years CNC experience, proficiency with software like BobCad or Jetcam, and knowledge of G-code.
- Ability to read blueprints, use measurement tools, and work independently or in teams.
- Preferred: experience with multi-axis machines and various materials.
Physical Requirements: standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, manual dexterity.
