This role is for a CNC Programmer - Engineering Support - 2nd Shift in Indianapolis, supporting growth in V2X manufacturing.

Responsibilities include creating and modifying CNC programs, performing setups on CNC Mills, Wire EDM, and lathes, and interpreting engineering drawings and CAD files. The candidate will develop machining process plans, support manufacturing issues, review labor estimates, and train shop personnel on CNC equipment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with 6+ years of experience in CNC programming, setup, and troubleshooting, especially with MasterCam and Creo. Strong knowledge of machining ferrous/non-ferrous materials, cutting tools, and quality systems is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and data management is preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance are required. Physical activity is involved, with accommodations available for disabilities.
