Ability to design fixtures, create setup sheets, and work closely with engineering for DFM, mold design, and manufacturing improvements.
Knowledge of materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, brass, plastics, and tool steels, with an understanding of die casting and injection molding principles.
Strong mechanical skills, blueprint reading, and troubleshooting capabilities. Able to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team environment.
Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work standing or walking for extended periods. Overtime and weekend work may be required.
