Seeking a full-time CNC Programmer with at least 5 years of experience to develop advanced programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling machines supporting diverse materials including aluminum, titanium, steel, and composites.
Responsibilities include utilizing CAD/CAM software (Mastercam) to interpret drawings, optimize machining strategies, design fixtures, troubleshoot programs, and collaborate with teams to ensure quality and compliance with AS9100 and ISO standards.
Proficiency in G-code, M-code, tooling, fixture design, and GD&T reading is required. The role involves supporting shop floor operations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring safety.
Qualifications include strong programming skills, experience with precision measurement tools, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
