We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer proficient in Mastercam software to develop and optimize programs for large-scale milling and turning machines.
Key responsibilities include performing precision setups, troubleshooting machining issues, designing tools and fixtures, and ensuring quality through measurements and inspections.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in CNC programming, with strong knowledge of metalworking, GD&T, and large part machining.
Qualifications include problem-solving skills, teamwork, and effective communication.
Preferred candidates have manual machining experience and relevant certifications.
Position requires physical ability to handle heavy equipment, work in demanding conditions, and support extended hours with minimal travel.
