The CNC Programmer Level I develops and manages CNC programs to ensure accurate, efficient part production, collaborating with operators and verifying programs through testing.
Responsibilities include programming with CAM software, preparing process plans, assessing automation suitability, and maintaining documentation. The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of industry experience, proficiency in CAM software (preferably Mastercam), and knowledge of machine operations and multi-axis programming.
