The CNC Programmer position is a full-time role in Lebanon, PA, responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machining centers to produce precision parts from various materials in line with blueprints and specifications.
- Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines and lathes
- Create and edit programs using G & M codes
- Machine parts within tight tolerances, select appropriate tooling and setups
- Design jigs and fixtures, troubleshoot issues, and support process improvements
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years CNC experience or advanced degree
- STEM degree preferred, U.S. citizenship required
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems, CNC programming with CREO preferred
