The Level 3 CNC Programmer role is based in Tempe, AZ, offering a salary of $71,000–$80,000 plus full benefits.
Working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, the candidate will interpret engineering drawings, program complex machinery, and work with various materials and tooling.
Responsibilities include inspecting parts, maintaining machines, documenting processes, and ensuring safety and confidentiality.
Candidates should have 8–10 years of CNC programming experience, proficiency in Mastercam and SolidWorks, knowledge of Siemens controls and DMG Mori machines is a plus, and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
