We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints, set up and program CNC machines using software, and create or modify cutting paths for optimal efficiency and precision.
Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications, select appropriate tools and settings for various materials, and troubleshoot machine or production issues.
Conduct basic machine maintenance, such as cleaning and tool care, to maintain equipment performance.
Additionally, train new team members on CNC operations and programming.
Previous manufacturing experience and a strong understanding of technical drawings are required.
Must have the ability to troubleshoot mechanical or production problems and ensure high-quality output.
