Responsibilities include programming complex 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling with Mastercam, developing high-tolerance prototypes and short runs, optimizing toolpaths, and collaborating on process improvements. The candidate will interpret blueprints, perform inspections, and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications require 7+ years of CNC milling experience, Mastercam expertise, and strong knowledge of aerospace or medical components, GD&T, and tooling. U.S. citizenship and reliable transportation are mandatory.
