Seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Setup Technician to support complex tool room manufacturing operations.
Key responsibilities include independently programming, setting up, and proving out CNC milling and turning jobs from engineering prints, developing optimized tool paths using Mastercam, selecting tooling and fixtures, troubleshooting machining issues, and performing quality inspections to ensure tight-tolerance parts.
Requirements include 5+ years of CNC programming and setup experience on both milling and turning centers, proficiency in Mastercam, strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications are tool room or R&D prototype machining experience and knowledge of complex geometries.
