This temp-to-hire role offers $28-$30/hour based on experience and involves supporting production processes, developing and optimizing CNC programs, troubleshooting machines, and collaborating with engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have CNC programming skills (G-code or CAM software), experience as a Process Technician, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong troubleshooting, knowledge of machining processes, and familiarity with SolidWorks are preferred.
