Seeking an experienced CNC Programmer (Mastercam) for a contract-to-hire role in Wood Dale, IL, on 1st shift, offering $35-45/hr. This role focuses on optimizing machining processes, solving complex challenges, and improving productivity, not just button-pushing.

Responsibilities include analyzing blueprints, programming CNC mills and lathes with Mastercam, optimizing cycle times, designing fixtures, and supporting best practices across manufacturing teams.

Qualifications: 5+ years of CNC programming experience with Mastercam, proficiency in SolidWorks, hands-on experience with Haas and Fanuc controls, and knowledge of fixturing and tooling strategies. Strong analytical skills required.
