We are seeking a motivated CNC Trainer & Connect Coordinator to join our Fremont, CA team.
- Provide end-user and OEM training for CNC systems, supporting product demonstrations and customer engagements.
- Assist with the management and logistics of our Connect Manufacturing Innovation Hub and support partners.
- Develop innovative training examples highlighting key features of our CNC solutions.
- Support field sales in closing deals involving CNC products.
- Travel up to 50% nationally and internationally.
**Requirements:**
- 3-5 years machining and CAM programming experience, with knowledge of 3 and 5-axis machining centers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Supportive, outgoing personality with excellent training and relationship-building skills.
- High school diploma and apprentice program experience preferred.
