Commercial Construction Estimating Co-op Job Description

The Co-op in our Estimating department will have responsibility for a variety of things, including but not limited to the following:

• Assisting with bid solicitation and final selections.
• Managing bid documents, including downloading/uploading, printing, compiling. initial bid documents and addenda.
• Developing, tracking and answering RFI's.
• Reviewing and analyzing drawings and doing quantity takeoffs.
• Developing self performed work labor, material and equipment costs.
• Assisting with developing final pricing, proposals and specifications.
• Compiling historical data for tracking purposes.

This position is based in our Sidney, Ohio office.

Requirements

Must be an active student enrolled in a Construction Management or related program.
