Are you a driven sales professional looking to grow your career in commercial insurance? Bickle Insurance is seeking a Commercial Insurance Sales Advisor to join our high-performing team in Cincinnati. This role is focused on identifying, developing, and closing commercial insurance opportunities while building lasting client relationships.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Evaluate risk and conduct insurance reviews to tailor solutions
  • Prepare and present customized insurance proposals
  • Drive new business while managing and renewing existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service
  • Stay engaged with clients post-sale and assist with service or claims when needed
  • Represent the agency with professionalism in the community and industry events
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales track record, preferably in commercial insurance or B2B sales
  • Ohio Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and insurance
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel locally with occasional out-of-town visits
